Mining Foam
Phenolic Mining foam is a two component injection product. The mixing of resin and catalyst, in a volume ratio of 4 to 1, produces an immediate foaming reaction, gives rapid expansion of the product to a 30 to 40 times its volume. After expansion, the foam sets hard in a few minutes.
The foam is a thermal and fire resistant and is suitable for sealing off underground heatings, air, gas and for aiding fire-fighting operations in deep mines.

PU Mining foam:
PU mining foam is a Two component injection resin for permanent sealing applications. The product was developed for application in mining, tunneling, civil engineering and reconstruction of buildings.
The PU injection resin consists of components A and B.
The product starts to react when mix the components A and B together in the ratio 1:1.
The PU resin reacts to form a high-strength pore-free resin body without water contact.
The product starts to foams up with water contact.
